If you develop symptoms of illness within 24 hours of your treatment, please cancel your appointment for everyone\u2019s safety.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"888\">To avoid the cancellation fee, you\u2019re welcome to send someone in your place (the billing and receipt will be transferred to their name). All missed appointment fees are automatically processed at the time of the appointment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"890\" data-end=\"1139\">You may cancel online anytime up to 48 hours before your appointment. If online cancellation is not available, that window has passed. If you\u2019re unable to cancel online or are sending someone in your place, please call, text, or email me directly.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1405\">Payment must be received before booking your next appointment.<br data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1206\" \/><em data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1403\">Please note: frequent rescheduling, cancellations, or substitutions make it difficult for me to hold space for you.
